All new customers must first booking a free consultation.

 During the consultation, the cleaning needs, service type, and total number of hours required will be discussed and agreed upon. 

Once that has been confirmed, the customer can move forward with booking their cleaning service by selecting the agreed number of hours at checkout and paying the full amount based on those approved hours. This helps make sure pricing is clear and that each service is matched to the scope of work discussed in advance.
